Welcome to Casting Circles LLC. By accessing or using this website and purchasing any offerings, you agree to the following terms.
USE OF THIS WEBSITE
This website and all of its content — including text, images, curriculum, and materials — are the property of Casting Circles LLC and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without written permission.
PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is due at the time of registration. By completing a purchase you agree to our refund and cancellation policy, which can be found at castingcircles.com/terms.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event or start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before the event or start date are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 6 days of the event, including the day of the event.
Substitutions — transferring your registration to another person — are permitted at any time at no additional cost.
For digital products and downloadable materials, all sales are final upon delivery.
NO-SHOW POLICY
If you are unable to attend a live offering you have registered for, you may request a transfer to a future date where available. Refund requests from participants who do not attend will be considered on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of Casting Circles LLC.
CANCELLATION BY CASTING CIRCLES LLC
Casting Circles LLC will make every effort to deliver all offerings as scheduled. In the rare event that a live event must be cancelled due to extenuating circumstances, registered participants will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a substitute date where available. If no substitute date is available or the substitute date does not work for you, a full refund will be issued.
CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS (CEUs)
CEU certificates are issued only to participants who meet all of the following requirements:
- Hold a current NYS social work license (LMSW or LCSW)
- Provide their full legal name and NYS license number at registration
- Attend the full duration of the live training
- Complete the post-workshop Participant Learning Self-Assessment Form
Partial attendance does not qualify for CEU credit. CEU certificates will not be issued retroactively to participants who do not meet all requirements. CEUs are only available for designated NYSED-approved trainings and are not applicable to all offerings.
RECORDING AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Participants may not record any portion of a Casting Circles live offering — including workshops, trainings, webinars, and circles — in any format, including audio, video, or screen capture, unless explicitly authorized in writing by Casting Circles LLC.
All content, materials, curricula, and recordings produced by Casting Circles LLC are the intellectual property of Casting Circles LLC. Materials shared with participants are for personal and professional use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without the written permission of Casting Circles LLC.
ACCESS TO RECORDED CONTENT
Where recorded content is made available as part of an offering, access terms will be specified at the time of purchase. Casting Circles LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue access to recorded content with reasonable notice.
