CEU CREDIT REQUIREMENTS

For NYS Licensed Social Workers

Please review the following requirements carefully to ensure your eligibility for continuing education credit.

  • You must hold a current NYS social work license (LMSW or LCSW) and have provided your license number at registration.
  • Full attendance for the entire training is required. Partial attendance does not qualify for CEU credit.
  • At the close of the training you will complete a Participant Learning Self-Assessment Form. This must be submitted to receive your certificate.
  • CEU certificates will be issued by email to all eligible participants following the training.
