How I help people change
Lasting change doesn’t happen all at once, in a straight line, or alone in your head.
I slow the work down enough that it actually sticks.
When you work with me, change happens through practice, not pressure.
Here’s what that looks like:
✶ We bring insight into the body and into daily life
Awareness matters — but only if it changes how you move, speak, choose, and relate. We track where insight is landing and where it’s still theoretical, and we work until it becomes lived.
✶ We reclaim the energy tied up in shadow
Instead of fighting or denying parts of yourself, we identify where power is being wasted on avoidance, projection, or self-judgment — and redirect it toward choice, clarity, and movement.
✶ We make taking responsibility a joyous thing
Responsibility doesn’t mean blame or work. It means agency. Together, we clarify what’s actually yours to work with so you can stop feeling stuck and start experiencing momentum.
✶ We use desire is a portal
Rather than fixing what’s “wrong,” we orient toward what wants to emerge. New worlds await you when you ask for what you want.
✶ We work with cycles and spirit instead of forcing outcomes
Growth unfolds in seasons, spirals, and phases. We use timing, rhythm, and surrender to support change.
Change happens when you stop trying to fix yourself
and start relating differently — to yourself, to your patterns, and to your life.
